As Partner at River City Capital Partners, Rich leads development execution and expansion efforts across Central Texas, with a focus on industrial and multifamily projects. He brings more than 20 years of real estate development experience, having developed or overseen construction of approximately 15 industrial projects totaling more than 7 million square feet, in addition to multiple office, retail, and multifamily developments.

Rich spent the first 18 years of his career with Ryan Companies, where he held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Construction Operations and Vice President of Development in the Austin market. During his tenure, he was instrumental in delivering high-profile projects that strengthened the company’s regional presence, including the construction of the Oracle Campus. His deep familiarity with the Austin market, built over more than a decade, informs River City’s strategic growth initiatives.

He is actively engaged in the Central Texas real estate community, having served six years on the board executive committee of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). He has also been active in the Austin chapters of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), reflecting his ongoing commitment to industry leadership.
