Naoma brings more than 20 years of legal experience in real estate, corporate matters, and title work to River City Capital Partners. She supports the firm’s operations through oversight of accounts payable, coordination of construction draws, and preparation of contracts and corporate documentation for RCCP and its affiliated entities. Her attention to detail and responsiveness support both investor relations and vendor coordination, contributing to the firm’s operational efficiency.

Prior to joining RCCP, Naoma spent 22 years with the Law Offices of Gary W. Greif, P.C., serving as legal assistant and office manager. In that role, she managed legal documentation, office operations, and client coordination across a broad range of real estate and corporate matters.

Naoma is a Certified Legal Professional through NALS, the association for legal professionals. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Legal Professionals and the Austin Legal Professional Association, Inc., where she previously served as Secretary and Chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee.
