As Director of Finance & Accounting, Michael oversees River City Capital Partners’ financial operations, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and capital management. He plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growth by maintaining financial discipline, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting across the portfolio.

Michael joined RCCP in November 2023, bringing a strong background in finance and accounting within the commercial and hospitality real estate sectors, where he served as both accountant and controller. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as an auditor at a regional public accounting firm and worked as a commercial lender at a community bank while completing his graduate studies. This combination of audit, lending, and operational finance experience provides a comprehensive perspective on risk management and capital structure.

He holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Accountancy from Texas State University. Michael has been a licensed CPA in the state of Texas since 2018.
