As Development Associate, Girish supports projects across various stages of River City Capital Partners’ development pipeline, assisting with underwriting, market analysis, and execution oversight. His work contributes to the advancement of industrial and multifamily projects from acquisition through delivery.

Prior to joining RCCP, Girish worked at Shoal Creek Capital Partners, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm, where he focused on Class B industrial acquisitions and shallow-bay flex industrial development. Earlier in his career, he served as an Investments and Research Analyst at LV Collective, supporting the firm’s multifamily investment pipeline through financial analysis and market research.

Girish earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2022. During his time at UT, he participated in the McCombs Real Estate Fund, further developing his foundation in real estate investment and analysis.
