As President, Cory oversees all projects and company operations, with a focus on capitalizing River City Capital Partners’ developments. Under his leadership, RCCP has secured over $500 million in project funding, encompassing more than 1,000 multifamily units completed or under construction, an additional 1,000 units in the development pipeline, and over 700 acres of developable multifamily and industrial land.

Cory began his professional career as an Audit Consultant at Deloitte, where he honed his financial expertise. Prior to founding RCCP in 2016, he served as Corporate Controller and Director of Commercial Real Estate at the central offices of Keller Williams Realty International.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and earned an MBA from the Acton School of Entrepreneurship. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Beyond his corporate achievements, Cory is actively engaged in community service. He previously served as a board member of the Austin Monitor (501c3) and is currently an advisory member of Explore Austin (501c3). Previously, he dedicated six years as a volunteer mentor for Explore Austin, demonstrating his commitment to youth development and leadership.
