Canaan joined River City Capital Partners in 2025 and is primarily focused on the firm’s acquisitions, development, and capital markets initiatives.
Prior to joining River City, Canaan worked at Arkon Energy where he focused on acquisitions and fundraising efforts for large-scale data center projects. He also spent several years at Capital Commercial Investments, where he specialized in the underwriting and capitalization of office and industrial acquisitions across the Sunbelt.
Canaan earned both his Bachelor of Science in Economics and his Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
