Cory also obtained an MBA from the Acton School of Entrepreneurship and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Beyond his corporate achievements, Cory is actively engaged in community service. He currently contributes his insights as a board member of the Austin Monitor (501c3) and as an advisory member of Explore Austin (501c3). Prior to this, he dedicated six years to Explore Austin as a volunteer mentor, exemplifying his commitment to shaping young minds.

Rich now leans on his diverse experience and 11 years in the Austin market to lead the industrial and multi-family development execution while growing the River City team and brand in Central Texas.

Peter holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, was a member of the Longhorn swim team and is a citizen of The Cherokee Nation. He enjoys triathlons and skiing with his family.

Daniel worked at Jimmy Evans Company, Milestone Community Builders, lntracorp Homes, and NXSTEP Opportunity Partners. He also co-founded a civil construction software business, Pit TicketPro, which is now part of Command, a Thoma Bravo backed company.

Daniel holds a BBA in Economics from Texas State University and an MBA from Acton School of Business, where he was Valedictorian of his class. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Urban Land Institute and Austin Monitor Strategic Advisory Council. Daniel lives in Austin with his wife, Katie, and their two boys, Emmett and Bouldin.

Before transitioning to real estate, he worked at Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant in their Strategy and Operations practice, where he helped redesign operating strategies for e-commerce, healthcare, agricultural, and real estate businesses.

Rodrigo received his BS from Southern Methodist University in Management Science with a minor in Economics and his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin with a Real Estate Concentration. He also serves as an associate council member at the UT Real Estate Center and is an active participant in the Hispanic Austin Leadership Program, organized by the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining RCCP, Naoma worked for the Law Offices of Gary W. Greif, P.C. for 22 years as his legal assistant and office manager. She is a Certified Legal Professional with NALS, the association for legal professionals, Texas Association of Legal Professionals, and the Austin Legal Professional Association, Inc. where she was the Secretary and Nominations and Elections Committee Chair.

In his role as Director of Finance and Accounting at RCCP, Michael leverages his diverse expertise to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring that it continues to scale and achieve its growth goals. Michael holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s of Accountancy from Texas State University. He has been a licensed CPA in the state of Texas since 2018. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
